Refunds

  1. Payments must be received by the deadline for each event.
  2. A Team/coach will be refunded if they cancel their registration prior to the release of the schedule.  If they cancel their registration after the schedule is released, their refund amount will be determined by the amount received from the replacement team.
 
Any tournament that is canceled on Love Day Hoops end before any games have been played are entitled to a full refund.

 

In the event a tournament in canceled due to an emergency or unsafe weather after games have begun will be refunded in the form of a credit which can be used for a future Love Day Hoops event. The amount of the credit is based of several factors and will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
